The
restaurant is close to metro Merode and easily accessible. It is difficult to
miss it as it is in a prominent corner
of the street. Some effort might be
needed for finding a parking place during the busy hours of the day.
It
has a pleasant ambiance and there is a lot of light that makes people feel
comfortable. The restaurant has a rich menu card with many delicious dishes made
up with lots of attention and effort. Sometimes there are pleasant surprises with
dishes that the chef is preparing for the day if you are lucky. The menu card
has a lot of “meze” style dishes that can accompany your drinks but also fill
up your appetite even if you are a "difficult" one. The restaurant has a very
good reputation and it is recommended for lunch or for meeting friends during
the evening.
The
decoration is carefully made having a lot of rich corners with images or
traditional items that add a certain style. Even the tables have the
characteristic blue colour of Greece. One of the things worth mentioning is the
serving pots of wine that are "coqs" made of clay nicely painted in vivid
colours.
There
is also a good list of wines that can satisfy a demanding wine “connaiseur”.
However the most important point is the attitude of the people who are ready to
satisfy your appetite and try to do your evening choice for dinner a success. The
restaurant is very clean and hygienic and the service is rather fast with no
particular delays. It is rather small
and it might be difficult to find a table during busy hours. It is
very popular to Greek and Belgian people and its clientele is based on its
taste and quality of dishes as well as their satisfaction. The opening days of
the restaurant do not include Saturday lunch hours and Sunday the whole day.
